KATHLEEN STARK • This is a painting I did in a series on women’s rights. it is called “Where are the Rape Kits?” (acrylic on paper). The painting was inspired by a postcard sent out by Amnesty International that had the title words on the front of the card. KATHLEEN STARK • Sisterhood, is one of many of my painting related to racial justice and women’s rights. I spent several years in West Africa so some of my work is influenced by my time there. I have also done several painting speaking to my faith. Sometimes one painting will incorporate several of these themes.The Coronation of the Faerie Queene.

My name is Kathleen Stark. I was a member of the Artist Registry and ECFA for several years. In that time I entered two shows and was accepted in both. I am really sorry that the group has resigned. I enjoyed being a member.
